We’re happy to announce that voting is open for our Best Wedding Vendors in New York contest. We received a great response and a lot of wedding vendors submitted their company. To vote for your favorite wedding vendor, simply scroll down and find your favorites. We’ve broken the voting down by category to make things a little easier!

    This really is only a popularity game. None of the truly talented vendors are even listed and the ones that are – are just begging for votes from other vendors and friends on facebook.
    Wouldn’t it be nice to have real clients nominate the best vendors in the industry?

      All vendors had a chance to enter themselves or be nominated by clients or peers. This is a people’s choice contest, we give out separate recognitions to vendors based on our own criteria

    I love Shira Weinberger. As a bandleader and hopeful contestant next year, I honestly feel she’s the Richard Avedon of weddings and any bride should feel lucky to have her portraits shot by Shira.

    What bullcrap! You’ve got photographers stacking the deck having their friends vote again for them every 12 hours. Just look at the tweets going out from those photographers!

      Maggie-
      This is a people’s choice contest. Vendors were told they could do whatever they would like to promote the contest and our system resets every 12 hours. We give out separate recognitions to vendors based on our own criteria and there’s no guarantee that the vendor with the most votes will win the Best Overall! Thanks for the input though, we’ll make it a point to make that more clear in the future.
