We are not sure if Steve Jobs had this in his 2011 plans for iTunes, but i’m sure he’s not complaining. What an amazing way to share such a historic event with the world. We can’t wait!

Woman Flushes $10,000 Wedding Ring Down the Toilet

Yep, you read the title correct. Kristen Kalis in Cranberry Township PA, freaked out when she accidentally flushed her 10,000 wedding ring down the toilet! But, believe it or not, a plumber was there to save the day. Here is the report from the Plumber via Daily News

“Stuck the Shop-Vac down,” Steve told KABC. “It’s about four-feet deep. Sucked it all out. After all the water was drained out, unplugged the Shop-Vac, took off the lid, dumped the water out and there was the ring.”

Bride Donates Cancelled Wedding to Salvation Army

So instead of letting her cancelled wedding ruin her day, this bride decided to turn it all around for good. Once she realized that the wedding costs could not be saved, they decided to make a few calls and open her wedding up to the Salvation Army.

In less than 24 hours the Shafer family and Salvation Army Captain John Bennett organized 150 people from Salvation Army shelters to attend a pre-holiday banquet at the hotel where the wedding had been planned.
