Transformers Themed Wedding

One poster at the Transformers forum Energon Pub has thrown herself an awesome Transformers themed wedding.

She goes by the name of Optimus Prime and has this to say about her wedding:

I created my Optimus and Elita-1 cake toppers myself using carved up Heroes of Cybertron figures along with FIMO and paint. Then at the reception the tables were divided up by different Autobots. Each Table setting had The Autobot on front and then the entire bio on the back. With TechSpecs info!

Wow, she has a serious thing for Transformers. What a great way to add a little fun to your wedding. I know girls always have a perfect “White Wedding Dress” wedding in mind but I must admit that I love seeing creative themed weddings like these.

Most Bridesmaids at Wedding Ceremony, Ever

110 bridesmaids!? Yep. Jill Stapleton, an Ohio lady who owns a dance studio asked her students to come and be a part of her wedding ceremony. The previous record was 90 bridesmaids. She broke it this past weekend, and here is the video to prove it.

“It’s kind of a record. We were actually going away for a wedding, but this wedding day is more important to these little boys and girls that made my dreams come true,” Jill said.”We decided another fairy tale, and this is our dream wedding.”

I’m sure they can be quite offensive to some brides-to-be in the wedding planning stages for their big day. Groom Updates Facebook Status Mid-Wedding

When Dana & Tracey Hanna got married they wanted all their friends and family that couldn’t be there to know about it right when it happened. Just prior to officially becoming husband and wife, Dana whips out his BlackBerry to update his Facebook status and to send it out on Twitter.

His Tweet was, “Standing at the altar with Tracy where just a second ago, she became my wife! Gotta go, time to kiss my bride. #weddingday”

I have a lot of family scattered around the country and we all use Facebook a lot to keep in touch. So when Tracy and I were engaged, most of my family found out via Facebook because we updated our statuses. I surprised not only my guests, but also Tracy by pulling out my phone and posting on Facebook and Twitter from the altar during out wedding. I had her phone ready in my pocket, so when she asked for it I could hand it to her. No one knew about this except the minister, and myself.

 

Having Fun With Your Wedding Photos

Weddings can be stressful, and after all the months of planning you’ve put into this thing, you deserve to have a little fun. Well, that’s what this couple did. It seems they got their photographer to go on a journey with them to take some not-so-traditional photographs. Of course, the traditional photos are great for your photo albums, but so is being silly, which is something you’ll never forget about your wedding day.
