- No Close Contact: Â Keep your distance from those who have colds or are sick.
- Mine, Not Yours:  Sharing is great but not when someone has a cold. Avoid sharing cups or silverware, as this is never a good idea unless you want to increase your chances of feeling crummy.
- Clean Zone: Â Make sure the surfaces of counters in your living space are clean.
- Clean Hands=Healthy Hands:  It goes without saying, but please don’t forget to always wash your hands. Keep a pocket-sized stash of hand sanitizer in your purse.
