20 Bedazzling Reasons Not to Wear White Shoes

By posted April 23, 2010, 10:40 am | Comments: 4

As women, it’s in our nature to collect shoes of all heel heights and color. We’re always on the prowl for the next sparkly addition to our shoe assortment. But we’ve all fallen victim and purchased a pair of shoes that doesn’t match anything and we only wear them once. They sit in our closet taking up space, but we can’t come to grips with throwing them away. After all, they were our sole-mate (get it?) at the point of purchase. This is frequently the case with wedding shoes.

All too often, brides play it safe and choose the same old off-white or white shoes to match the dress. The truth is, while the shoes might match perfectly, the combination can be lackluster and you’ll probably never wear them again. In most cases, the dress is long and the shoes are hidden so why not spice it up and add a bedazzled POP of color to your ensemble. Plus, you’ll be making a fiscally responsible decision by choosing a pair you’ll be able to wear again.
